City Palace

Located in the old city of Jaipur, the City Palace dates back to nearly three centuries. Both and exterior will mesmerize your senses. Huge walls guard this palace. These walls were built by the owners to protect the fort from the enemies. The royal palace is still the home of royal family of Jaipur.

Jantar Mantar

Jantar Mantar is an UNESCO World Heritage site. When you enter Jantar Mantar, it may seem an art gallery to you. But this is more than jus an art gallery. It has a collection of astronomical tools which were used more than 3 centuries ago to measure the heavens. You will see a 27 meters tall sun dial which was then used to measure time.

Hawa Mahal

It is one of the most beautiful places in the city. Its distinctive architecture will surprise you and steal your heart. The palace has nine hundred and fifty-three windows that allow plenty of air to pass through. A visit to the palace will provide you with a great opportunity to know about the history of the sandstone structure.

Amber Fort

Constructed in 1952 with sandstone and marble, the Amber Fort steals the attention of visitor immediately. The fort is a pristine example of Indian architecture.  The fort has also been announced as an UNESCO world heritage site.

Birla Mandir

This temple looks different in the city because unlike other pink buildings in the city, it looks stark white. This is holy place for Hindus. However, in addition to Hindus, a large number of tourists from all over the world also visit the temple to see the temple.

Amrapali Museum

It is a jewelry museum that display most elegant jewelry. The museum displays more than four thousand jewelry collections. The museum was built by a jewelry brand in India. They built this museum when they had a collection of antique jewelry and they felt this collection needed to be preserved. The good thing is, the museum has a shop as well where you can buy jewelry items.

Jal Mahal

When you look at Jal Mahal, you feel like you are experiencing a mirage. The palace seems floating atop the Sagar Lake. You cannot afford to miss this palace when you are in Jaipur.
